At Akribeia Solutions RD ("Akribeia", "we") this page explains, in plain language and with no fine print, what personal data we collect through this site, what we use it for, and what rights you have over it.
1. Data controller
Akribeia Solutions RD, an Artificial Intelligence and Automation agency operating in the Dominican Republic, is the controller of the data collected through akribeiasolutions.com.do.

2. What data we collect
This site is static and has no database or server of its own that stores information. The only data we collect is what you voluntarily choose to share:
- Contact form: name, email address, service of interest and message. When you click "Send via WhatsApp", your browser opens WhatsApp with that message already drafted — you send it yourself, directly through WhatsApp, and we receive it like any other chat.
- Cookie notice preference: whether you accepted or rejected the notice shown when you arrive, stored only in your own browser (see Cookie Policy).
3. How we use your data
We use the information from the form exclusively to respond to your inquiry and, if applicable, prepare a work proposal. We don't use it for any other purpose, and we don't sell it or share it with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
4. Who we share it with
When you write through the form or the WhatsApp button, the message is sent through the WhatsApp platform (Meta Platforms, Inc.), subject to its own privacy policy. If you follow any of our links to Instagram, Facebook, X or TikTok, those platforms also apply their own policies once you leave our site.
5. Cookies and local storage
This site currently doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. It only stores, in your own browser, your choice regarding the cookie notice. Full details are in the Cookie Policy.
6. Your rights
Under Dominican Republic Law No. 172-13 on the Comprehensive Protection of Personal Data, and equivalent principles in other jurisdictions, you have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or object to the processing of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by writing to us at akribeiasolutionsrd@proton.me.
7. Security
As a static site with no database of its own, the risk surface is minimal: there is no server of ours where your personal data ends up stored. Even so, we recommend not sharing sensitive information (passwords, financial data, etc.) through the form.
8. Minors
This site is aimed at businesses and is not designed to be used by anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if what we do with the data changes (for example, if we add analytics tools in the future). The date of the last update always appears above.
